Snowflake fun and Jack Frost visits

This week at Little Owls we have enjoyed investigating Snowflakes

….we have learnt all about where , when and how Snowflakes magically arrive ….

We have enjoyed using the snowflake shape to support our marking making and emergent writing skills using shaving foam as our sensory media , we have counted snowflakes , created 3D natural material snowflakes , we have practised our cutting skills using scissors to cut our very own paper snowflakes, we have also loved diving into our expressive arts skills and have moved our bodies around like a snowflake gently falling and dancing in the wind  …

So much snowflake fun

Who knows …maybe we might see some beautiful snowflakes this Wonderful Winter..
