Spiders webs and Spiders legs
October 17, 2023

It’s been all about spiders this week at Little Owls… threading the focus of spiders throughout our learning we have learnt about spiders and why they spin webs, how to catch real webs, how to draw web patterns, how many legs spiders have, and singing  Incy wincy as we explore.

The number 8 has been heard everywhere as we use the 8 legs of spiders as inspiration to build our knowledge around the number ….the numeral 8 has been popping up around the garden surprising us ..continuing to reinforce the familiarity with it…Happy, focused nature led learning …as we say goodbye to week and hello to the weekend our hearts are smiling after a week of spidertastic fun.
