This week it’s been all about Sticks on our nature trolley …We went on a stick hunt at forest school and found tall sticks, heavy sticks , tiny sticks, bumpy sticks , spikey sticks, smooth sticks and light as a feather sticks …. So much enriched vocabulary learning just by thinking about the different properties of the sticks that we found ….Using sticks we played music and tapped along keeping to the beat building our early literacy skills of rhyme and rhythm… we changed the beat to be slow or fast building our speed vocab too ….We have been enjoying the autumn leaves and warm sunshine…tidying up the veg beds…Another gorgeous week of laughter and learning together.
