Another fun packed week for our Little Owls getting messy, creative and spending lots of time outdoors.
The Little Owls have been making ‘The Hungry Caterpillar’ inspired fruit kebabs. The children had lots of fun cutting the fruit independently. Learning safety measures and life skills.
We did some bark rubbing at forest school which was great practice for our mark marking and fine motor skills.
We created a balance beam together which the children loved!! Great for practicing their coordination and balancing skills.
For some muddy fun we collected a tray of soil to find worms to create our worm house, we are looking at this daily to see the movement of the worms.
We’ve had great fun playing a number bingo game for our maths practice and making shape pattern pictures.
It has been so lovely to spend so much time outside together in the sunshine, even if it is a little chilly still.
